GM & Chief AI Officer40-55 years.

Qualification and experience

GM / DGM educationThe notice lists relevant engineering degrees, specified Statistics/Computer Science postgraduate degrees and MCA. Match the exact accepted discipline to the post.
GM experienceAt least 15 years in Banking/BFSI/IT, including at least 3 years senior leadership in the specified AI/analytics areas. Individual-contributor work does not count as those leadership years.
DGM experienceAt least 10 years in Banking/BFSI/IT, including at least 2 years senior leadership relevant to the chosen DGM function.
Architect educationRelevant bachelor/master qualifications as listed separately for Solution Architect and Enterprise AI Architect.
Architect experienceAt least 8 years overall experience, including at least 3 years in the role-specific solutioning or architecture areas.

Selection, contract and remuneration

SelectionShortlisting, interview and CTC negotiation. Interview carries 100 marks; GM and DGM candidates also give a 10-minute presentation about relevant work/projects.

Term3 years, with possible renewal for 2 more years at the bank discretion and agreed terms; maximum total 5 years.
Annual CTC upper rangesGM Rs. 160 lakh; DGM Rs. 120 lakh; Architect roles Rs. 90 lakh. These are negotiable upper ranges, not guaranteed take-home pay.
