Educational Qualification

- First of all, read the official notification carefully.
- After this, take a print out of the application form on good quality paper of A-4 size.
- After this, all the information asked in the application form will have to be filled correctly.
- You have to attach self-attested photocopies of all your required documents.
- Attach passport size photograph and signature in the prescribed space in the application form.
- After this the application form will have to be kept in an envelope of appropriate size.
