The four Phase II components

The typing/efficiency examination has Hindi typing speed, English typing speed, Hindi efficiency and English efficiency components. Each is listed as 10 minutes for 25 marks, with a minimum of 9 marks subject to applicable relaxation. The official instructions also explain the text, error treatment and calculation rules; these matter when preparing and should be read beyond the headline schedule.

  1. Read the full RSSB instructions and identify all four components.
  2. Practise Hindi and English under the specified time limits.

  4. Check your individual admit card for the date, shift, reporting time and entry-closing instructions.
  5. Do not assume an admit card is already available merely because the 21-24, 26, 28 and 29 December test dates are listed.
