- Project Scientist-B: B.E./B.Tech or equivalent specialization in Computer Science Engineering.
- Project Associate-I: M.Sc. in Remote Sensing/GIS or equivalent specialization
- B.Sc. in any discipline
- Project Associate-II: B.E./B.Tech or equivalent specialization in Computer Science Engineering/Geoinformatics with M.E./M.Tech or equivalent specialization in Geoinformatics.
- Junior Research Fellow (JRF): M.E./M.Tech, B.E. / B.Tech, B.Sc., M.Sc.
