(c) Min 05 years experience in Dental Lab for Dental Hyg and Dental Asst and 03 years for Dental tech. |

- Aadhar Card.
- PAN Card.
- 10th certificate.
- 12th certificate.
- Graduation Certificate.
- Diploma/Degree.
- Attempt certificate/year wise marksheet for passing MBBS/BDS.
- Valid Medical/Dental Council Registration Certificate.
- Valid driving license for LMV/HyVehs (for drivers only).
- PPO, Discharge Book, ESM I/Card, (Only for ESM).
- Medical Fitness Certificate.
- Experience certificate (as applicable).
- No Objection Certificate from the present employer (if applicable).

How to Apply ECHS Kota Recruitment 2024

- You must attach self-attested photocopies of all your required documents.
