Required Documents

- Proof of date of birth like 10th class mark sheet or birth certificate.
- 10th class marksheet and other higher education marksheet.
- Self attested photocopy of caste certificate.
- Domicile Certificate or Residential Certificate.
- Attach experience certificate, if any.
- Army Discharge Certificate for Ex-Servicemen.
- Character certificate attested by Sarpanch or Gazetted Officer.
- Two latest passport size photographs attested by a Gazetted Officer.
- Photocopy of Aadhar Card.
- A self-addressed envelope with a stamp of ₹40 will also have to be attached with the application.
